How to Install Mods & Maps
Installing custom modifications into Medal of Honor is plug-and-play and takes under 60 seconds.
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\MOHAA\main\Download Archive Package
Browse MOH-DB and click "Download" on any mod, map, or skin pack. Files are standard .pk3 packages or compressed archives.
Place in Target Game Folder
Place the .pk3 file directly into your game subfolder ("main" for Allied Assault, "mainta" for Spearhead, "maintt" for Breakthrough).
Launch Game & Deploy
Launch Medal of Honor! The game automatically registers all custom skins, weapon models, sound packs, and map arenas into multiplayer & singleplayer.
Pro Tip: To remove or disable any mod, simply delete its .pk3 file from the target directory. No game reinstallation required.
